John B. Davis

June 13, 1921 - March 23, 1989 (Age 67)

John B. Davis was born in Habersham County in June, 1921 and passed away in March, 1989. He was a life-long resident of Amy's Creek Community where he owned 700 acres at one time. He was a sawmiller, and milled lumber all over North Georgia. He was the father of 13 children. He was a veteran of WWII. He was the son of Rev. Charles H. Davis who pastored many churches in the North Georgia mountains.
