Charles Thomas Martin†

April 14, 1948 - February 25, 1968 (Age 19)

PFC Charles Martin had only been in Vietnam about two weeks at the time of his death. He took his marine corps basic training at Parris Island and spent about a month in Camp LeJeune before shipping out to California and from there to Vietnam.

He was a member of Co. F, 2nd Bn., 5th Marines, 1st Marine division. He was killed while on patrol near Danang when a shell fell nearby.
