Galveston Earl York

May 3, 1917 - May 7, 2010 (Age 93)

In the Pacific theater of World War II, York served in the Air Force's 369th Bomber Squadron on the islands of Tinian and Iwo Jima. For his service, he was awarded three Bronze Stars, as well as Good Conduct and Victory medals.
