Vester Corbet York
May 18, 1923 - May 8, 1999 (Age 75)
World War II veteran Vester York was stationed at Camp Atterbury, IN before being shipped overseas to fight in the Battle of the Bulge. He served the 424th infantry, B company, and during combat in the Ardennes Forest, he was wounded in action on December 21, 1944.
