James Donald Sosebee

October 8, 1933 - October 26, 2017 (Age 84)

James Donald Sosebee was born in Clarkesville, Georgia in 1933. He graduated from North Habersham High. Shortly after graduation, Donald volunteered in the US Army. He trained at Fort Knox, Kentucky and Fort Devens, Massachussetts. After graduation from the Morse code school he spent eighteen months in Alaska serving his country as a Morse Code Interceptor in the Army Security Agency during the Korean War. He was awarded the National Defense Service and Good Conduct Medals. He earned an E-5 rating and was honorably discharged in 1956. He resided in Gainesville, Georgia for 50 years and went to meet his Lord on October 26, 2017. Donald was always proud to have served his country.
